• Saved addresses with geocoded coordinates (city, province, postal code)

Location data is stored securely in your child preferences and is used to calculate distances to activities. You can disable location services at any time through your device settings or by manually entering a city in the app.

Activity Interaction Data

• Favorited activities (per child)
• Enrolled activities and enrollment dates
• Completed and dropped activities
• Activities on watchlist/waitlist
• Calendar events (enrolled activities and custom family events)
• Search history and filter preferences
• Activity clicks and registration link visits

AI Feature Data

When you use our AI-powered features, we collect:

• AI chat conversation history (for context in conversations)
• AI recommendation requests and responses
• Weekly planner availability selections
• AI usage quotas (daily and monthly limits)

AI conversations are used to improve recommendations and are not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Device Information

• Device type and model
• Operating system version
• App version
• Push notification tokens (for sending notifications)
• Unique device identifiers
• Crash logs and performance data

Family Sharing Data

When you use family sharing features:

• Email addresses of invited family members

• Analytics data: Aggregated and anonymized after 1 year

Your Rights and Choices

Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time through the app:

1. Go to Profile/Settings
2. Select "Account"
3. Tap "Delete Account"

This will permanently delete your account credentials, all child profiles and preferences, saved favorites and calendar data, search history and AI conversation history, and shared access permissions.

Data Export

You can export your calendar data in ICS format for use with other calendar applications through the Calendar screen.

Notification Preferences

You can manage push notifications through App Settings or your device's notification settings. Email notifications can be unsubscribed via the link in any email we send.

Location Permissions

You can revoke location permissions at any time through your device settings. The app will continue to function using your saved city/address for distance calculations.

Child Profile Management

You can edit or delete any child profile at any time through the Friends & Family section of the app.

Children's Privacy

Kiddio is designed for parents and guardians to find activities for their children. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children under 13. The app is intended to be used by adults (parents/guardians) on behalf of their children.

Child profile information is:

• Provided by parents/guardians only
• Used solely for activity filtering and personalized recommendations
• Never shared with third parties for marketing or advertising
• Never used to directly contact children
• Fully controlled by the parent (edit, delete at any time)
